After 3 days of trying it I found it works, fits well and I got to work. A few hours later I felt something hit my ankle. Your device somehow unraveled and dangled through the leg of my shorts. I haven't noticed any pain relief, but I've used Zen Gu Shui, Voltaren, and taken a tube of Bergarnica. I'll keep trying to get this working but it's not enough and will let you know if it gets better. Can't recommend it at this time. My waist is 44, hips r 38, hips r about 14 inches in diameter, not measured
