I am a 44 year old male, 6ft tall, 300lbs. I have had hip dysplasia since childhood. I bought this cape on Monday, received it on Wednesday and wore it to work today (Thursday). WOW! I stand and walk a lot at work and am usually in excruciating pain at the end of the day. Not today. The bandage helped hold the hip in place and put pressure on the groin area, which is usually sore from hip dysplasia. Great product and even at my size (44 waist) I had no issues with the fit. Highly recommended
