When I received it I tried it on my direct TV on a platter. Connected to the LNB on one side and to the receiver on the other side. I wanted to further tune the dish for the best signal. After connecting it worked about 4 minutes. While reading the paper manual that came with the device, I looked at it to apply the settings and the display "flashed on and off". I unplugged the unit and checked the voltage with a multimeter on the receiver. He gave out a constant voltage. I tried reconnecting the meter with the same problem. Turn off and on again every 2 or 3 seconds (approx.). Did another multimeter test with the same results, stable output voltage. At that point I decided they would send me "BOBEQ", "BAD EQUIPMENT OUT OF THE BOX". Decided to return it for a refund. NOT GOOD! THIS SELLER MAY REVIEW ALL SALES BEFORE SHIPPING TO CUSTOMER TO AVOID THESE INCONVENIENCES!
