I really tried to create this fringe bottom on my black dress and failed terribly, so I gave up and bought this one. Soft and stretchy, perfect for summer. I like it because it looks like a short dress that shows off your tanned legs, but the fringes give the illusion of length and hide thigh imperfections ๐. I'm 5'4130, I'm medium, it's not too short and covers my butt well.
