I bought this for my office; It's like being outside under the bright sun. I can learn a lot easier. Plan to replace all light bulbs in your home with natural light bulbs. I will never go back to those disgusting yellow bulbs (looks yellow compared to natural light). These lamps are shipped in a rigid container so there is no risk of breakage in transit. My only recommendation is to get dim light bulbs for the bathroom. The first time I put her in the bathroom late at night and then came back an hour later and turned on the light, I literally cringed because the light was so bright. (how to go outside under the bright sun). Dimmers are unique to the bathroom, living room and dining room. Nice to see so good in the house!
