When my almost two year old granddaughter saw this new toy in her grandmother's stuff box, the first thing she did was to take it apart and over and over. and again until she reached the smallest. She played with him non-stop for over an hour with an intensity I found exciting. Her little hands were flying around, taking them apart and then trying to put them back together - it reminded me of the kids who compete in Speed Stacks. I knew she would love this toy because she loves taking things apart and putting them back together, but she LOVES this penguin. A point for grandma, yes.
