I received this product to work from home as a mental health provider during the pandemic. From the start, my video calls dropped. I've spent dozens of hours identifying the problem by calling my ISP, video platform provider, and laptop manufacturer. After none of them could identify the problem, we determined that it was a defect in THIS UNIT. But since it was after the 30-day return policy, they refuse to replace it. I understand this policy, but I also expect the company to support their product and replace defective devices if found within a reasonable time. 30 days is not always enough to detect a deficiency. I have repeatedly asked to replace him and got the reply that due to their policy they 'can't' replace him. Let's be clear, they ALWAYS have the option to opt out of the policy, which is why they choose not to endorse their products. Now I'm going straight to Belkin, but it should be an easy replacement for the Revain vendor.
