So I bought this a few weeks ago and creatively installed it behind my PC monitor upside down so the connectors were right under the table at the back of the desk. I plugged in all the PC components that need power there and all the cables worked perfectly as all the cables were concentrated in this invisible place. I then used some cable management tools to keep them in place, that worked great, I need to charge my phone, I'll reach under the table and plug it into the USB port. The product is black, so it hides well in the shade. The only thing is that the holder can only be mounted on a table of a certain thickness, if you plan to mount it on something really thick it might not work. But otherwise for me the perfect purchase :)
