Charging aborted after a week.
They worked a week, after a week they didn't charge anything in the suitcase. I used the USB cable that came with the charging case, the case was clean, the earbuds were clean so no problem. They have not been exposed to water or extreme heat, either of which can damage your wireless headphones. Mine may have had faulty batteries or cables in the charging case, either way I returned them and got a full refund. Much luck.
