Great little TV! on TV accessories

First of all, the last TV I had was bought at a thrift store 10 years ago, it weighed 70 pounds and I had to use a transformer, just to connect it to the DVD player and forget to connect it to my receiver. 1990 kept calling and saying they wanted their TV back but I still put it on voicemail. 1990 happy. I'm happy. That being said, this is my first flat screen TV so I can't compare its quality to other modern TVs. I continue checking. it was packaged very well and arrived undamaged. (Although Revain delivered it to my neighbor. I'm lucky to have honest neighbors.) The TV was easy to set up, stands firmly on the base/legs and connects to my DVD player. The sound quality itself isn't great, but I'm a snooter when it comes to sound quality, so I'm SUPER happy that I can hook it up to my receiver/external speakers and it sounds crystal clear. I don't have a cable or dish and I basically bought it to connect to my laptop and Chromebook to watch Netflix or YouTube or whatever. At first I was confused and tried connecting my laptop via USB which in hindsight doesn't make any sense. After connecting with an HDMI cable it was in extended screen mode, so I had to go into the settings on my computer to switch to mirror mode before my screen was projected. I am providing this information in case anyone reading this is a bit technologically stumped like me. Screen quality is good but again I'm comparing this to a 1990's TV so I don't know how the screen compares to similar brands. Finally, the kit included batteries for the remote control, which I really liked. It's all over now. I am very happy with my small TV and I hope this review has been of some help to you.
