It's like your mom here is telling you to stand up straight all day except she doesn't speak and you wear it instead of mom yelling at you😂😂 It's a very easy retreat that makes you stand up straight, so you don't feel the attraction. SO AMAZING! It kind of pushes you, but it doesn't hurt. If you stand upright you obviously know it's on because the straps cross in front of you, but it's not chunky or clunky at all, which is great because so many brave men are so uncomfortable 😣 For the ladies who are ask how this will work with the breast; In my opinion suitable for women with small or large breasts👍🏻👍🏻 This purchase was very pleasantly surprised, both in terms of quality and the fact that it really works. The instructions are on a postcard in the package and are step-by-step demonstration of the pictures. SUPER EASY! You can't wear it under something tight, but it goes great with a loose t-shirt.
