I am a complete novice when it comes to SUP, have never ridden one. I have a kayak and a canoe so thought this paddleboard would be perfect for those days when I don't want to lug around a huge kayak or canoe but still want to get out on the water. nice and sturdy bag that fits everything, there's even a little extra space so you don't have to stuff anything in! The bag and everything in it isn't as big as I thought it would be either, which is fantastic for portability. Set up was pretty easy, the pump isn't the best and next time I'll use a different one. But the inflation and everything only took about 15 minutes the first time, so I guess next time it won't take that long since I know what to do. I'm tall for a 5'10" woman and this thing is long! It just set me up. The standing was definitely unlike anything I've ever used, it takes a bit of getting used to if you've never done it before. Even in the calmest lakes it rocks back and forth, I mean it's still an inflatable no matter how thick and well built it is. But you can do it! You can also lie on it or even sit on it, but I think the paddle would be too long to actually be a comfortable paddle if I didn't try it while seated this time.And the disassembly wasn't too bad.Overall I really like it and would definitely recommend it!
