Inexpensive. I use it as a nature log and it works very well. The paper is ok for crayons, sometimes it does weird things on some pages if I try to peel it off the color somehow? I'm not sure if it's paper or my pencils I'm using, but I've never had this problem on other paper so I'm not sure. But overall good value for money
