Missing Parts (Split Pin). The parts that came with it were the wrong size (washers). The directions were the absolute worst! Luckily my husband had the right size washers and was able to make a makeshift cotter pin. The quality of this item was good, it is durable, not cheaply made and the tires are good quality. I bought these for my grandson's Razor MX350 and they work great. That's why I gave 3 stars. But the missing and missing parts were a disappointment. Especially when you consider that you can't just run to the hardware store during a pandemic. If you don't have spare parts on hand I would shop elsewhere. I do not recommend this item.
