I'm not sure if this is real protein powder; for this reason. Because of my schedule, I rely heavily on meal replacement shakes for extra calories. I use protein powder, 1 tablespoon olive oil for fat, and whole grain oat powder for carbs/fiber. I also track my calories and body weight every day. This is important to know because my diet was strict and I was gaining weight for 5 straight weeks until I started taking a colossal lab protein. I actually lost 2.1 pounds and most importantly and most notably, my recovery after the workout was horrendously slow and I felt weak. I sat down and thought about it and the only thing I changed was the type of protein powder in my diet. So I went to Walmart and bought a little jar of good old body firming serum. After 2 days my muscles now feel full and repaired. I assume that my weight will continue to increase. I was going to wait another week to write this review but my wife is getting her hair done and now is the perfect time to write a long review lol. To be honest I don't think this is a legal protein powder or at least mixed with fillers. I tend to think it's not protein at all. I didn't spend time looking for reviews to see if other people had my issue or noticed something. I definitely do not recommend this product. I'm happy to pay a little more and choose a trusted brand.
