DOWNEY BALL DOES NOT HAVE FULL FABRIC CONDITIONER
I used a Downey ball many years ago and it was amazing. Now, about 30 years later, I've found that I have a washing machine that doesn't have a fabric dispenser. Remembering the Downey ball, I decided to buy it so as not to waste time taking the machine to the rinse cycle. To my horror and disappointment the Downey ball I received does NOT deflate and sometimes does not open! And while it hasn't happened yet, I'm worried that the next time I do a white or delicate wash, my clothes might be stained with fabric softener. It's not that I don't know how to use this product. What I don't know is why is this happening?
