Poor Output Voltage - Tools and Equipment

The first one I bought read less than 85v instead of the expected 110v and didn't work at all for me. I contacted the seller and said it should be 120v. I got a replacement and found it even worse. The output voltage is only 84V. A little disappointed with the quality.
