It's easy to use, and it gives you options for working with different databases. I like how customizable it is too! It can be difficult to learn the system, but once you do, it's easy to use. There are a lot of options, so you'll have to get creative. Sometimes I've run into problems where DataLoader doesn't work as well as I would like, but that could also be my fault. If your looking for a tool to import/export data from different sources, this is a great option. You will be able to keep track of all of your files in one place, and export back to another.
