Much cheaper than OEM parts but you get what you pay for

Physically works, but something about this secondary regulator disables the power limit of the automatic lift function. So when I try to use the auto lift feature, it reaches the top and then rolls back halfway. You have to use the window button and lift it to keep it closed.

Pros
  • Convenience
Cons
  • Operating Speed

Fits my 2009 328i

After watching youtube videos for a few minutes this thing was easy to install and works great. The only problem I have is that the rear window doesn't work properly with the auto roll up now. Since the BMW is the way it is, the mechanic says he needs to reset something in the computer. I just don't use automatic folding and everything is fine.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • I don't remember

Cheap junk for power windows

Cheap junk from China. Broke the day after installation. The plastic shell holding the glass is too thin allowing the widow to move excessively when in 100% down position resulting in the window not moving straight in its track causing binding and resistance and ends up with a broken adjuster. . Spend a little more on an OEM or gatekeeper brand.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

The bolt holes are the wrong size

The nuts holding the motor mounting bolts don't match my manufacturer and they didn't send replacement bolts. So I went all the way and replaced the motor there before realizing it didn't fit my 2006 BMW 330i. It's really annoying doing all three jobs just to get a bad part, now I have to return the old one, order the new one and then do it all over again when I get a replacement. Annoyed, upset.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not sure

MISSING PARTS!: Power Windows

Part quality good, perfect fit. The problem I have with this product is that they don't give you the bolts/screws to attach the old power window to the new regulator. The old bolts/screws will not fit. So I had to run to the local hardware store in the middle of the installation. Tried to contact, good luck to the seller. Revain should make it mandatory for all sellers to have a working phone number. Before purchasing items, see if you can contact the seller.

  • Great Price

Shit. It does not work. I had to buy another.

My best mechanic - BMW guru - couldn't use this; it does not work. I ended up going OEM for about $75. Please note: work is a few hours away so get one that works or you'll be charged again. I just got a call. I want to buy a BMW regulator for $129 or an OEM for $75. He has had positive experiences with OEMs. FYI: Window and door locks are a known issue with the e90. Anyway, wasted resources on this. Not recommended.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Easy repairability

Perfect fit for 2006 BMW 325xi

I replaced the power window this weekend and so far so good. The quality seems pretty decent. The piece of plastic that holds the window is fairly strong, hard plastic. I have a 2006 BMW 325xi and it fits perfectly. I had no trouble connecting the motor to this ESC. I would recommend using a torque wrench when tightening the motor mount bolts - using a regular screwdriver I didn't have enough strength/strength to turn the bolts until they were flush.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Functionality

Lasted a while - window regulator

Bought this regulator in February 2018 and it has lasted over a year but we may only have rolled this rear window a couple of times we always use the air conditioning. That being said, it's only been used a couple of times at best and if we roll down the windows regularly I believe this regulator would fail within the first month of use. I don't have any guarantees of course and that's not a big deal as the price of a window holder (regulator) is affordable, which is what most of these…
