Most shirts you find now are made out of "athletic material" which means (plastic) your body will crumble when it gets hot. It is made of 95% cotton and 5% elastane. Very comfortable and most importantly no sweating. Great price and even better color options. I was so happy I went back and bought one of each color. For care, I wash in cold water (gentle) and tumble dry on low heat. They hold up very well to the wear and tear and still look great at the end of the day.
