
I like how timely convoys are in sending out invoices as well as tracking shipments once they have been picked up from consignees doorsteps or delivery points! The only thing i dislike about convoy is there customer service/support team could be better at responding faster than average for questions you may ask during normal business hours (8am - 5pm).

Also when it comes down too invoice processing times sometimes can take longer then expected which would cause issues if your an expeditor who has deadlines set aside per month etc.. but this doesnt happen often though so its not really much of issue unless dealing wth multiple accounts where timing becomes more important. Make sure u select correct account type depending upon whether ur looking @ FTR loads vs LTL loadings.
