It was very flexible to use and easy to learn. We were able to train staff quickly and our users enjoyed using it. It can be used as a standalone tool or integrated into other applications. Support for Office 365 is limited. The interface could be improved. Consider using a different product if you are looking for a robust software suitable for multiple departments and processes. Our teams are able to run processes faster and more efficiently. This has enabled us to scale up the number of projects we take on. The interface is very intuitive if you have had experience using software such as Slack and Microsoft Teams. It would be great to see more features added so that it could be used for other types of projects including but not limited to financials, sales pipelines. I am currently looking into this product because we are trying to improve our customer service department and this allows us to do just that!
