Review on Gildan X Large Men's Cotton Sleeve T Shirt: Comfortable and Stylish Clothing by Mike Littlejohn

Not entirely sure if MFR compares the density of their fabric or what size chart they compare these fabrics to but I have 4 Shirts / Bought 2 packs, and out of pockets they are smaller than a regular long sleeve t-shirt or sweatshirt of the same size and the material is thin enough to be easily seen (i.e. you can see light through, not that it is in the sense is translucent that the skin underneath is visible). These things are really light, so only suitable for warmer climates. Because of this, it will most likely shrink in the dryer. I think at this price you'd expect the same (too good to be true) so to be honest I'm a bit to blame for the MFR.
