This rustic farmhouse light is great and works great. Very little assembly was required but we had to hire a carpenter to help with the installation to attach the long panel to the top of the ceiling but other than that the wiring was standard. I would suggest making sure there are no vents near the installation site as the tile takes up a lot of ceiling space. The height of the lantern is adjusted by shortening the chains as desired. Five bulbs are required for the lighting, which are not included in the scope of delivery. We have used Edison lightbulbs as shown in the promotional photos to create a rustic feel. In general, the light is beautiful.
