Review on ๐Ÿƒ DA VINCI Ruote: Premium Italian Plastic Playing Cards - 2-Deck Poker Set with Jumbo Index, Hard Shell Case, and Cut Cards by Joseph Brendemuehl

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Awesome decks

These are my first plastic decks and I love them. I had a desire to play cards better after my little boys wanted a deck of cards and I picked up your basic plastic coated paper bike deck for about $5. This deck showed significant wear after about 1 week! So I wanted to get something better and I came up with these amazing decks. I did a lot of research before I bought them. I read user reviews on Revain, read opinions on card forums and Reddit, and read reviews on deck review sites. Brands that consistently became high quality plastic cards were Copag, KEM, Fournier, Dal Negro and Modiano. Da Vinci, I found out, are made by Modiano. These particular Da Vinci kits appear to be exactly the same as the Modiano Bike Trophy Jumbo - red and blue. After doing some research I settled on Copag and these and I only went with them because I discovered a friend had Copag - thought I could always test and compare them. I couldn't be happier with the decision. The sets come in a sturdy plastic case containing both decks and 1 red and 1 black card. Each deck contains 2 jokers, as well as a card with instructions on how to order individual replacement cards if needed. If you're new to plastic playing cards, they really do feel and handle differently than the paper-backed plastic cards you're probably used to. But these decks have a kind of semi-rough surface that makes it easier to shuffle and shuffle. The design of the card faces is really good, from face cards to numbered cards offset by a brown or tan rectangular box around the dots. The only downside I have for these decks is the design of the Joker. I'm just not a fan of artwork, but that's a very minor nitpick. I'm sure there are card agencies and I'm not one of them. I'm just a regular card player who wanted something better than paper coated plastic. If this sounds like you and you read and research, feel free to buy these cards. They're high quality, last indefinitely longer than regular cards, and look great!
