I purchased your product on Ebay as a gift my friend. I received the package and was very excited to give the gift .He went to assemble it and unfortunately, it was missing the nuts (10 pieces of item D). So, I went to the Hardware-store and purchased 10 missing nuts for $3.28.Then we were excited to finally do the assembly.It turns out that the squared off part of the bolt collar goes into the black metal slot that is elongated and not exactly square to receive the receptacle of the bolt collar and at each attempt to tighten the bolt ; each elongated squarish hole stripped out on the black metal tube pieces.So now there is no way to tighten the bolts down. essentially it is a piece of junk! With very poor thought/engineering behind it.We are returning the product and are very frustrated.
