The first pillow I received a week ago was great. I liked the pillow and before you knew it my fiancé wanted one and I decided to buy it for my boss for Christmas. So I even ordered 2 more a week later. The only problem is that each pillow was different. I took the cushions and attached them so you can see the difference. There is a huge quality gap. Some might see this as a minor denial, but it's enough to take this pillow from amazing to just decent. The fabric of the outer lining is different. It's not as soft and stretchy/malleable. Its color is a little darker and it shines more. He is significantly different and not as big. Then the pillow was just different in general. The memory foam was different, it wasn't as soft and pliable. He was more rude and didn't have the same level of support at all. I had to take the foam out of my first pillow because it was so much for me I took the extra foam and all the foam that came with the second pillow and still didn't make the pillow as fluffy. As you can see from the photos, the pillow on the left is a good pillow and the pillow on the right is the pillow that came a week later. It's much flatter and has more foam! rzunimag. I hope the company will contact me and send me a replacement pillow that looks like the first pillow I received.
