Okay let's start with pros. It was delivered very fast. The case itself is beautiful. I ordered Samsung note 20 ultra ( black purple). My phone has a sleeker look with it. And it fit like a glove. 👍🏼 Okay, now for the cons. The volume button is very hard to press. I've tried adjusting the case and it's just very difficult. Which makes it extremely hard to shut off your phone or screens hoot since bottom volume button and power button is needed for these actions. Next, the space cutout on the charge area doesn't allow your charger to completely insert. So, I have to slip up phone from the bottom, ( take out partially from case) to connect and charge. I will be ordering a new case. It's too much of a factor for me to ignore. I really wanted to like this case because it's pretty, but it's a no for me.
