Can't explain what has happened to my hair in the last month or so. it is terribly thin and breaks very easily. I get a product review email right out of the shower just as I'm done pulling a ridiculous amount of hair out of my hands because it's seriously falling out. THEN IT REACHES ME THIS IS MY SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER. I go online and start researching (since all the reviews here seem to be good) and there are numerous complaints about the brand about hair loss. Goes straight to the trash can. I wish I had a picture of my polytail to compare because y'all would love to cry with me.
