Review on Regetek by Todd Amarsingh

I recently bought a camera bag from Regetek's online store, and I was quite dissatisfied with both the product's quality and the company's customer support. The bag did not adequately protect my camera and accessories because it was fragile and poorly made. The customer service staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when I attempted to start a return. Before I eventually got a response, it took numerous tries, and even then, I was treated with a condescending and indifferent attitude. Overall, I would not advise people to use Regetek. Their customer service is weak, and their products are of terrible quality. I would advise anyone looking for camera accessories to go elsewhere because there are plenty other internet retailers that provide better goods and services.
