Weak plastic parts
Maybe I was wishful thinking that a dent remover could fix the problem, but I tried. The puller is completely made of milled aluminum and has a very high quality finish. It really impressed! The glue gun is cheap but perfectly acceptable. I wasn't expecting glue sticks to be stronger than plastic squeegees, but. It didn't even take much force, but the plastic pieces just flew apart. The part that goes in the puller just comes off, so I grabbed the stem with pliers and was able to get a little further, but it broke right away, then it was a bit of a hassle to remove the glue while heating.
