I was looking for a "salon" hair dryer as I buy one once a year but didn't want to pay $80-$200. This hair dryer has a great motor, all the features of salon hair dryers and a great price. Powerful, fast-drying hair. I wanted a dryer with a cool effect but without having to hold down the button. There is some confusion about this feature, but I had no trouble understanding it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's a bit heavy and has a very thick cord which I hope adds to its durability.
