I don't usually write reviews, but I don't buy this item. The whole set arrived looking used. Everything had scratches and cuts, like used things. A cut is visible on the plastic of the angle ruler, traces of paint are everywhere. The twist lock doesn't work so you have to hold the handle and the blade body won't stay closed. The matte mat will fold like it was stored in a sewing box or backpack and take a few days to straighten out. I would return it if it didn't take so long to get here. I need to use it for a project ASAP and don't have time to submit a new one.
