My father gave this to me. At first I was hesitant to use it, I was afraid of ruining my dinner, but I decided to give fried chicken a try. SAINT HANNA, the chicken got soggy on the inside and the skin was crispy on the outside. From then on, the sky was the limit. I have cooked honey baked ham, baby turkey, turkey breast, pork chops and continue to cook the perfect fried chicken. It also drips off the chicken. Delicious. We made the BEST chicken noodle soup and of course the sauce! Due to this amazing gift from my dad we bought over 4 of these to give to my husbands kids and a family friend. This is an invaluable tool. In addition, the parts are so easy to take apart and put in the dishwasher for cleaning or simply wash by hand. Food doesn't stick!
