Review on Lewisia Submersible Fountain Pump with LED Light - Adjustable Flow for Garden, Pond, Waterfall, Aquarium, Fish Tank, Statuary, Pool, Bird Bath - 211 GPH by Whitney Bailey

Bought this little pump to replace the one that came with my fountain. The lightbulb on the reservoir pump had failed, disrupting the type of fountain I have. This pump proved to be much better than the factory pump and so far I haven't had any problems with the lights. I installed it in my fountain for a few months. The pump primes quickly and has a good GPH for my pump. The color changing of the lights also goes very well with my fountain. It was only 4 stars although the lights could be a bit brighter. I only have lights about 3 inches underwater and when you are within 20 feet of the fountain the lights are clearly visible. anything further away and hard to see unless your fountain is in a very dark corner. UPDATE: Downgrading my rating by 1 star. Unfortunately, as with other reviews, the pump no longer worked. I went out of the house the other day and there was no water. I heard the pump hum and the LED lights were still on. I lifted the pump see it works. something was contaminated and it was clean. Place it underwater again and restart. Waited a few minutes to see if the pump was filling and it just spurted water all over. The interior still rotates, but there are no water pumps. Lasted longer than many of the reviews but still died fairly quickly.
