We have a fountain in our garden that we love. Even though it's tucked away in a corner, we can see it from our bedroom balcony and we love how it's flowing all the time. Our old pump eventually failed and had to be replaced. While I didn't look for lights much, I found this pump at Revain for a great price and it included LED lights. The light from this pump is minimal. I have a cave light in my cast iron tub outside the pond and it gives off a little light but nothing dramatic. I used a small box-like plastic box (e.g. strawberries can go in - there should be holes to allow water to flow) over the inlet side of the pump (cut out a hole to put on) lined with polyester batting (e.g. used for quilting) . over the outside of the box. Bought this little pump to replace the one that came with my fountain. The lightbulb on the reservoir pump had failed, disrupting the type of fountain I have. This pump proved to be much better than the factory pump and so far I haven't had any problems with the lights. I installed it in my fountain for a few months.
