That is, until I had to move my 93-year-old mother from home to a nursing home where her life could be much easier and more organized. After undergoing Lasik surgery 35 years ago, I avoided wearing glasses completely until I realized reading was becoming increasingly difficult. So I bought a pair of prescription reading glasses and the problem was solved immediately. However, I have to get into the habit of touching them by the lenses when needed because they always seem to be smudged or have fingerprints on them. Hence the need to find something to easily and effectively clean lenses. First, I used the old technique of "inflating" the lenses and wiping them with a tissue or tissue paper. This helped spread the stain well over the entire surface of the glasses. I then tried clear water with a Kleenex cloth, but this resulted in lint on the lenses. When I finally tried these flent wipes I was immediately impressed by how well they did both cleaning and disinfecting lenses. No stains and crystal clear lenses. Great price for a wonderful product.
