Review on Minimalist Barefoot Treadmill Sneakers by WHITIN by James Bartels

Don't break the bank

Coming from the very expensive ASICS line, I've had countless pairs. I walk like crazy in my shoes (I'm a rat at work all day and at the gym). I have a wide foot, I would use the 9.5" 2E. Even with 2E, my legs still felt bruised and my pinky was numb at times after a long day. In short, I've met countless people who who do powerlifting or compete. I stumbled upon something called "wide toe box". I've been looking for a wide toe/barefoot shoe for a long time that wouldn't break the bank. After reading the reviews I clicked on it. The first day was a bit uncomfortable but on the 3rd day everything was resolved. The shoes stretched and fit my foot. Shoes/material is really flexible and comfortable. There is an insert that offers a little cushion. If you want more barefoot feeling it can be removed.A few people have asked me about shoes already and I scolded them for a week.I went back and bought 2 more pairs in different colors.

Pros
  • My son loves her
Cons
  • May not provide adequate traction on wet surfaces.
