I had to give 3 stars for durability because I just installed it so I don't know. I have two AquaSource toilets that I bought from Lowes. These are tall oval toilets. At the same time, their crackers deteriorated, and they constantly ran and made noise. I bought all of the crackers at Wally World and checked at Lowes (who only had the same ones as Wally), none of them fitted right. It's the perfect size and seems to work great. A note: the original toilet dampers were made from a combination of plastic and rubber. They are all rubber and very flexible. I'm a little concerned about durability. At least at this price it won't hurt my wallet if I have to replace them sooner than I'd like. Don't waste your time with Wally World or Lowes. In both places there were none. When I think about it, I bought toilets in laws. If you have a Lowes AquaSource toilet, you need these valves! BTW, the original dampers that came with the toilets lasted 4 years before they started to deteriorate. I live in a hard water area.
