This is a really nice set of kitchen towels. I have a number of kitchen towels from this brand that I have purchased over the years and whether they are more quirky decorative or more casual I have always been very happy with the quality of the 100% cotton fabric. and construction. I especially love the decorative way and am always on the lookout for seasonal versions as well as anything else that looks like a fun way to add some color and fun to my kitchen. This set is a little different from all the other kitchen towels I already have in my collection - the one with the little red chili peppers is super cute and probably the most versatile of the three. The fabric is lightweight but not too flimsy and has an eye-catching plain weave that provides an eye-catching background for the chili. I think this is the towel I'll be using the most and it looks amazing with my red cast iron casserole for taco night! The other two towels have a striped pattern with multi colored tassels and the fabric is a little more durable with more weave and seems to have a little more stretch too. They're also very charming, but I think the tassels and style limit their usefulness a bit, at least to me. I'll probably use them primarily as an accent when planning a Southwestern meal or laying out a basket for cornbread or muffins. All towels have straight, square sides and edges, and stitching is mostly even (some corners aren't as well finished as I'd like). Each towel has a loop for hanging. I usually wash my decorative kitchen towels cold on a gentle cycle and then hang them outside to dry to keep them beautiful - this way they last a long time. In this case, I don't think tassel towels hold up to any other treatment. Overall, these are well-made towels, but two out of three are more for looks than practicality.
