The dashboard is very easy to use and it has all features you need to run your business efficiently from one place. It works great with our CRM system so we have everything at hand when handling customers requests or even internal workflows within the organization. There are some minor issues regarding performance but they were addressed immediately by their support team upon notification. I highly recommend this product because as far as i know there isn't any other tool like this out there right now! We can easily track every customer request and keep up with all ongoing projects without having multiple tools scattered around different folders. Everything from invoicing to billing to tracking payments made through online portals was solved using maxi host. Their excellent service makes us feel safe knowing that if anything goes wrong with our account, we will be helped instantly and professionally no matter what time of day it might happen. Our sales department handles more than 200 clients per month.
