I bought these specifically for the warp free pan and am very disappointed that they actually warp in the oven. Certainly not as bad as my old pans, but they still do. The substrate doesn't quite fit in the pan, but not too bad. But once something is baked in that pan it needs a lot of washing to remove it, but that seems normal with stainless steel no matter what. The silicone mat works just like the others I've had so not many complaints other than the sizing doesn't quite fit.
