Update: I emailed customer service and followed the instructions on their website. They told me they would be happy to replace the broken bottle and confirmed the shipping address. I'm still disappointed that I had issues with both bottles but will wait and see what happens with the new bottle. In the worst case I have two identical bottles with different caps. I think we'll see. Hope they last longer. On the plus side, the insulation works very well and the bottles are sturdy. But I wouldn't buy it again. Original: Not a fan at all and very disappointed. I bought a planetary bottle for my older preschooler and it was great and didn't leak so I bought a construction bottle for my 3 year old. The lid keeps leaking, I don't know what's wrong with that. Now I've noticed rusting on the first bottle... we bought it in March this year, it's ridiculous. Unfortunately one bottle doesn't even leak and I liked it until it got rusty. I also don't like that interior parts that are prone to mold can't be removed and mold isn't visible because they're black.
