Nothing special, but on dark hair it works and does its job.
My four year old daughter asked about dying her hair so I bought this to give her the option of dying her hair on a less permanent basis. After reading the reviews I wasn't sure if it would work on her light brown hair, it seemed hit or miss, some said yes and some said no. I'm happy to say that it works well on dark hair, although the texture is greasy and a little uncomfortable. Overall, this is a decent product for younger kids who want rainbow hair, especially for $5.
