I've had this hair dryer for a while to give it some time, I hope I like it. But I just can't. From the first time I turned it on I think the problem is in the wiring. Keys are swapped! I press heat, it's hot - I press hot, warm air blows! Same goes for low and high settings - I press low, he's high, I press high and low air blows. But what scares me the most, and not always, is that the handle heats up when I'm drying my hair. Now I'm not talking about the heat from my hot hand, no no no - It's like the wires inside are doing something they shouldn't be doing. A couple of times it also gave off an unpleasant odor. I turned it off and sniffed inside to make sure it wasn't burning. So if you don't want to burn down your house or get electrocuted, buy another hair dryer! Maybe I just have a bad model, but the one I have is going in the trash!
