I bought several of these to build bluetooth speakers. The voltmeters are accurate, apparently more accurate than some of the cheap digital meter kits I've bought in the past that look roughly like the same module in this unit. The USB output makes me the most happy as it has a really good output that charges my phone quickly. I've bought many 2.1A chargers that struggle to deliver over 500mA to a power hungry device with a good cable. You have two options with this device, which is a bit cheaper compared to others, as it has no pins, only cable connectors. If you want to use it on a boat or whatever you can leave the little rubber cap on and tighten it with a lock nut, the little rubber cap acts as a gasket. You can also remove this rubber stopper and use the small included bracket and screws instead to give it a different look.
