In the past nine months I have had far more calls to clients as I have been working from home during the pandemic. At first I just plugged the headphones into the phone. I've found that people can only hear me well if I hold the phone close to my mouth with the microphone facing me. I often have to put my phone away when I'm typing on the computer, so mostly. I decided to look for a headset with a built-in microphone that would stay in front of my mouth. Decided to try this. I've been using this headset for almost three months and I'm very happy with it. The quality of the headphones is excellent and people seem to be able to hear me with no problems as long as the microphone is about an inch from my mouth. The only thing I could wish for is the ability to turn the volume up even more. I need to talk to people no matter where they are, no matter how soft their voice is, no matter how good or bad the quality of their phone or connection is. Sometimes I have to turn the volume up even more than is possible with my phone at maximum and the built-in volume control on these headphones at the highest level. Overall I am very happy with this headset. I recommend it to anyone who uses the phone a lot and needs to keep their hands free while on the phone.
