Hi everyone! I bought this device to be able to print labels for my kitchen (e.g. the word "Olive" on a thin label. Unfortunately, in the provided application there is no option to rotate the text 90 degrees. If So you print on 50mm paper, it takes up the whole width of the roll At first I thought ok that's okay, I'll just add the following label under the word olives to make the most of the Getting paper out.There is an option for that too.I contacted customer service for help and they never responded so I sent the printer back.Also it's not very sharp at all when you take a photo to print.It just looked like a weird ghost blob.The sticker printing graphics provided were decent but not enough for me to keep this product, I'm frustrated because I arranged it. The product is nice, transfers data from app to printer almost instantly and prints without Ti nte in good quality, but the waste of paper and lack of customer service is a hindrance for me.
