Review on TANITA BC-1000+ Black ANT+ Radio Wireless Body Composition Monitor by Anna Reed

I purchased a Tanita BC-1000plus Wireless Body Composition Monitor, D-1100plus Remote Display and Global ANT to WiFi Radio 2 Wireless Network Adapter. 1000plus Wireless Composition Monitor Ant+ body. The scale worked normally for almost exactly 1 year, then it just stopped working. The light wasn't on so I changed the batteries. It didn't help. I have contacted Tanita Customer Service. He asked a few questions which I answered and then he just stopped replying to my emails. Very disappointing. All I wanted was a solution. He could have just said: The guarantee is over; buy new. I'm very disappointed, that's why I'm only giving one star. Remote display D-1100plus. The remote monitor has always worked well over Ant+. There are no complaints. Global ANT to WiFi Radio Wireless Network Adapter 2. This device sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. I would say it worked about 1 try in 10 or 20, so once or twice a month. Not very satisfactory.
