Replaced the rear main oil seal in my 186,000 mile Jeep 4.0. Valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket renewed. Before replacing the RMS, you should check and make sure the leak isn't coming from two other places that are very leak prone. Of the three, the rear main oil seal looked the best, to be honest. I can't say much about the seal. It was the right size. It comes with a small plastic guide to help you insert the gasket into the cylinder block half without damaging the gasket. Don't forget to bring an anaerobic paving stone with this seal because you will need it too.
